Fragile.

It's amazingly easy to break a person. It's hard to watch them struggle back from it. It's harder still to watch them fail.

It's a bad day at work today. If you can spare a kind thought do so for Pete, I'm not sure what's wrong with him but something surely is. He's definitely been losing it. They walked him out today. Hopefully he can get it together enough that they'll let him come back.
