Pains.

I've screwed up my shoulder. Probably making buttons for the talent show. Badly enough that I haven't been to the gym in over a week. I actually called the health care referal line yesterday trying to decide if I should see the primary doctor or an orthapaedic doc. They discouraged any doctor at all and told me that it wasn't uncommon for it to need more than a week to heal a shoulder. Today I'm wondering if their affiliation with my insurance provider may have colored their recommendation. I'll give it a couple more days but I'm skeptical.
