Ouch.

Somewhere between picking beans in the garden and putting sodas into the fridge I have seriously whacked one side of my lower back. Luckily Mr. Helpful, the very bored eight year old, has been doing the bend and stoop for me today.

Last night was a splendid meal with the Best Babe and her wonderful husband. Steak on the grill with assorted sides and blue raspberry alcoholic beverages. Followed by a splendid schmooze.

Now if I were only less ouchie everything would be good.
