My 10 things I've done that you probably haven't.

1. Performed with a jazz ensemble in a church.

2. Been offered a full scholarship based on a standardized test result and been guilted by my parents into turning it down.

3. Had someone try to break into a house while I was in it.

4. Driven 6 hours each way for a job interview that I didn't get.

5. Wrote a position paper for a major congressional lobbying effort.

6. Presented a research paper to a conference based on faked research.

7. Had a multi-millionaire admire my dining room furniture.

8. Gave birth with my mother-in-law watching.

9. Walked the length of the Vegas strip from MGM to Circus Circus (in one walk).

10. Gave several hundred dollars to a stranger because she needed it more than I did.
