I'm trying to figure out when I went from being the support person for the application I work on to the expert. Originally the functional requirements were all written by the users. They knew what it did, how it did it and why it did it. The users haven't changed, but they seem to have forgotten. Now they always seem to ask me. Is this a natural progression? This is not something I want to be in charge of.
