Snowy.

I wrote an entry yesterday, but d-land ate it. It was about being out and about in the snow. Pretty to look at and not as bad to drive in as all the other drivers were making it.

The husband went out to clear the driveway and couldn't get his snowblower started. The horrors! Not a big problem though as the neighbor bought one this year too. His is so large it has a headlight. The hubs was scraping with the shovel and getting some serious blower envy. Finally I went out wiggled the sparkplug wires a bit and ours started up. So while he was less blower endowed he could at least feel manly pushing his blower up and down the driveway too.

In the end we probably got the 4 to 6 inches forecast and the driveway is now clear. But here's an imponderable. The hubs went down to the curb to get the paper this morning. I asked if they'd plowed our street and he said he didn't know. How can you walk down to the mailbox and not notice if the street has been plowed?
