A sad realization.

Johnny Carson has died. He had a good run and left on top. He always seemed classy in the way he handled his career.

His death, however makes it obvious to me that I'm old enough that individuals I consider cultural icons are dying. There has always been the occasional loss to accidents or hard living, but now it's to age and it's related diseases. I'm feeling more middle aged than ever.
