Daydream.

The house is a wreck. Post holiday detrius and daily wear and tear have taken a toll. The maids haven't been here because of the holidays and apparently are not customer oriented enough to reschedule. So there are chores to do, light bulbs to change, decorations to stow.

But I hear the sound of the trains in the basement. At first a roar I mistake for a neighbor with a chain saw. Then he blows the whistle and I am transported to somwhere else.
