Do people not see the irony?

"Hi I tried to load the certificate you sent to me, but it expired."

"Ok, I'll be happy to reset that for you and resend the information."

"Great, but I'm in kind of a hurry. Will you be taking care of that today?"

What I'd like to say at this point is - if you're in such a damn hurry why did you wait 5 months from the date of issue to load the certificate!
