If I were Goldilocks one would be just right.

I arrived at work early this morning for 3 hours of back-to-back interviewing. All for a position that I've never really been told the parameters of. Fun Fun. I also found out that there is a new html/content person starting soon. Missed that one entirely.

So the first guy had great experience, was the right level of seniority. Good background and very stiff. This office is so not stiff that it is not funny. Second guy had a great personality, a fabulous attitute, but just didn't have a broad enough range of experience. Door number three was a very nice lady for whom English is not her first language - and it shows. She had very focused experience that really wasn't broad enough for the position. The real problem is that this place would tear her up.

So ideally I'd like number one's experience, number two's personality and we'll just skip number three.
