Time off.

I had a pretty nice weekend. I decided to take some time off. Saturday I hung out with the munchie during the day, then went to dinner with a friend. Strangely my nephews wife called to invite me out for drinks too, but I had to turn that one down.

Today I went out to help do some event prep for the local SCA group. A splendid bit of sewing and schmoozing. Definitely worthwhile. I feel like I relaxed.

Of course that means I didn't really get anything done off my chore list, but I'm not gonna sweat that. I did laundry, but that's more maintenance than anything else. I need to do some of the chore list soon, but I'm definitely not going to obsess on it.

Hope everyone else got to relax too.
