testy

I am in a testy mood today. The admin person had to pick up her cigarette case from the repair shop and so she announced that she was taking a walk. Now I personally think she should have the right to go out occasionally no big deal - but what it means is that I have to answer the phone. I am the only one who will do it. Because I am a girl. Never mind that I am the highest paid person sitting in this office right now. I will answer the phone because I am a grrrrl.

So some one calls for the boss.

Caller: "Good afternoon may I speak to Mr Boss?"

Me: "I'm sorry he's out of the office right now, may I take a message."

Caller: "Would there be a better time to call him?"

Me: " I don't know how to answer that. I suppose that any time you call when he is actually in the office would be better."

Yes I actually said that.

I am a smart ass.
