Never before.

I never really questioned before if I was ok. I simply was. Life if up and down and you deal with it. Now after last Thursday's appointment with the shrink the hamsters in my brain have been running wild. Am I really ok? Am I depressed? Why does she wonder if medication would benefit me?

May I also say that it didn't help to see an article on that "Biggest Loser" program where I discovered that I outweigh all but the heaviest of the men.
