Redecorating.

The manger scene was different. I hadn't noticed at first, it's in the dining room and we don't go there much. Someone had rearranged the residents. Oh Mary, Jesus and Joseph were still where they belonged, but the sheep are lined up like an audience. The kings are tightly group to the left and the shepherds are bunched up with the sheep. One of the kids, undoubtedly during one of the parties. It's just kind of startling, I never thought of playing with the manger scene.
