Weird with a side order of Tense.

Life is pretty normal, if low energy right now. Work on the other hand is weird. You can really only go so far with the boss preparing to be fired before it just drags the whole organization down.

The lead network tech is popping tums like candy,

the phone guy is muttering,

the web guy is being asked to change his focus weekly,

the admin gave her six months notice (and yes it was really a serious 6 months notice),

and rumor has it that the princess is gunning for bossman's job.

Nothing like a healthy work environment!
