Back to the doctor for the BP check. It's down which he attributed to my weight loss as much as the meds. But, and there's always a but he said that he wants to see my weight down another 3 to 5 pounds before the next appointment. You know, about a pound or so a month. Just to be sure I've really stopped gaining weight. Which sounds an awful lot like I'm getting no credit for the 21 pounds I'm down since my first appointment. I can't help but wonder how much I should have lost to prove I'm no longer gaining weight. Maybe if I lose 20 more by the next appointment ...
