Signs of Spring

I was stunned to note that one of the neighbors has a forsythia awash in yellow blooms! None of my daffodils have opened yet so I was quite suprised. The willow fronds seem to have the color coming up too. Guess spring is not too far off.

There are others signs too, including the several neighbors doing spring cleaning. The wacko's at the end of are driveway had lots of flotsam out for the trash today. They also removed the skateboard ramps and have reseeded where they killed they grass near the driveway. I don't want to get my hopes up too far, but this lends credence to the rumor that they are having a McMansion built a town or two over. The word is that she doesn't want her little darling to go to the middle school we are assigned to. She thinks the kids there are too rough. Ironic considering how rough and nasty her little darling is. Now if the trampoline and first attempt skate ramp skeleton leave their side yard, there will be much rejoicing!
