Better than a Soap Opera.

The technology department of the ancient and venerable bank is one hell of a show today. First the dish has been out with a virus. On Tuesday it was "I'm snowed in and sick". She hasn't been seen since. Today the new and improved webguy (other one was exiled to ops and we brought in a pro), her boss, calls and informs her that 3 days or more sick leave in a row requires a doctors note. She fusses because "she doesn't have a doctor here yet". He was somewhat gleeful - it's not nice but she really is as dumb as a rock and too well paid for what she's doing.

Apparently she showed up and went in her office and her chair had been swapped out (she had a fancy loaner from the facilities people). I'm sorry I missed it because apparently she screamed at the admin for a while, bitched at webguy and then ended up crying.

While we are all astounded about that, the princess and bossman have a shouting match, foot stomping fest in his office. She storms out, he yell "you made me lose my appetite", then she get her coat and storms out of the office.

Love that professional work enviroment...
